Payment Options

Shop Obsessed Boutique accepts all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout methods offered at the time of purchase. All payments must be completed at checkout for orders to be processed.

Order Cancellations

Because we work hard to ship orders quickly, orders can only be canceled within 5 hours of purchase. After this window, your order begins processing and can no longer be changed or canceled. 

Preorders/Gift Cards

Preorders and gift cards cannot be canceled once placed, as inventory is reserved specifically for you.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been processed.

Failed or Fraud-Flagged Payments

If a payment fails or is flagged for review, your order may be canceled automatically for your protection. 

Refunds After Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or your payment provider.
